National Experience in Institutional Analysis Training

Abstract

The purpose of this narrative is to show the design, content and process of the post graduate formation in Socio-institutional Analysis and Animation, carried out between 2000 and 2002, and that subsequently it continued with the post graduate specialization in Education Institutional Analysis. The post graduate formation was developed by an agreement signed between the Secretary of Basic Education of the National Ministry of Education and the Universidad Nacional de Salta (CS Resolution 136/00 of September 2000), being responsible for the academic matters. The choice of this University was due precisely to its history of being among the first ones in School Institutional Analysis. This training process, unique in many decades of professional training history of education in the field of institutional analysis in Argentina, deserves to be known and be a tool available to those who may rely on it for training projects. Its intensity, depth of knowledge, work demands and human wealth can be known through its design and the actors who were in it, both trainers and trainees.
