Abstract

This article is presented as an introduction to the doctoral research: Public Communication of Science and Technology: Communication Diagnosis of the Scientific-Technological Institutes regarding climate risk variables in the Province of Salta in the last ten years (2007- 2017). From this research it is intended to know the communicational dimensions of the practices developed by the technological scientific references on climate risk variables in the province of Salta over the course of a decade. The recording and analysis of the communicational dimensions of the social practices of the scientific referents around the climate risk variables, allows to recognize the communication practices and identify which social actors questioned or interpellated, through what strategies they did and what they are currently doing and what conceptions of the communicational are put into play. This diagnosis, in as much, that seeks to put in knowledge the characteristics and conditions of the communicative dimension of institutions and scientific projects, pretends to be a contribution from the studies of Public Communication of the Science and from the Strategic Communication, like fields of emergent investigation, to re-think the Scientific Communication within the framework of institutional policies.
