Abstract

“Living and producing in the Chaqueño Forest” is the name of a project of the Forests, Biodiversity and Ecosystems (BBE) component financed by Euroclima+, which was developed between 2019 and 2021. The communicational approach was carried out from the IEC, a methodology that allows the incorporation of the communicational in a complex, situated and fluid way. From this metaperspective, communication strategies are understood as conversational social change devices and their measurement as a monitoring of the cognitive processes that are unfolding in the research territory as it unfolds. This work proposes a conversation between the ECI and four key notions in international programs and projects: governance, knowledge management, participation, impact. In this way, we seek to share a way of incorporating communication into innovation and development projects that is richer and more effective for the transformations that are intended to be mobilized.
