Dialogue of knowledge and Resistance in Santiago del Estero
Keywords:
dialogue, knowledge, identity, practices, communityAbstract
This work is a qualitative case study, which analyzes the stories and artistic expressions of the actors of the native community of Vilela(Rincon del Saladillo, Santiago del Estero), organized by the MOCASE VC. It aims on identifying the emergence of a dialogue of shared knowledge among lawyers, technicians and natives, an ancestral language inscribed in the territory and from which they configure their resistance practices against capital and agribusiness, and assert themselves in their territorial identity. Likewise, it hopes to demonstrate how through this dialogue of shared knowledge and experiences, the members of this indigenous community develop broader frames of reference based on a concept of agroecology linked to food sovereignty and right over territory.
