Abstract

This text deals with the process of formation of teacher networks in Colombia, especially the Language Network. It underlines this conformation movement as a company and political struggle for the transformation of the school and for the recognition of teachers´ collective, unions and the schools themselves as spaces for knowledge construction and resistance to the neoliberal policies of silencing and making teachers invisible your knowledge. In this sense, the Colombian Language Network has advanced, with difficulties, but seeking to reach more and more teachers ´collective in order to join the purpose of transforming their pedagogical practice, making them protagonists of their own training, in a horizontal way. Therefore, the Network and its different collective have been developing multiple and permanent actions that go beyond attending meetings or congresses, but are connected to critical training and teaching.
