Abstract

The article is part of the research project: “The implementation processes of the New Curricular Designs in an IES in the province of Jujuy, from 2020 and its relationship with the organizational and administrative aspects”. It is of interest to analyze one of the aspects of the transformation process carried out in an Institute of Higher Education from the voices of its protagonists, particularly in the field of educational organization and administration linked to the curricular transformation. Although the changes in educational policies are directly linked to state policy, it is necessary to think about the participation of those who are involved in the processes of curriculum implementation in their daily practice, i.e. teachers, who are the ones who face every day the possibilities and/or obstacles of the designs devised by those who have little relation with school daily life.
