Abstract

This study examines how AI can optimize educational processes, discern relevant information, and address ethical and social challenges. It analyzes its impact on the development of professional skills and competencies, efficient feedback to teachers, and student collaboration. Additionally, strategies are explored to address the ethical and social implications of AI, promoting the training of professionals who meet current labor market expectations. Data was collected through a survey of 272 university professors in Paraguay to understand their perception of the impact of AI on educational quality and its integration with transformative pedagogy. This integration could not only improve educational quality but also provide tools and methodologies for optimizing professional management, enhancing efficiency, personalizing services, and promoting sustainability in the professional world.
