Forms of Training: Teaching Devices and Strategies in Situations of University Entrance. An Experience Report

This article communicates a shared reflection on some aspects of the teacher training in the initial part of the undergraduate studies of the Licenciatura and Profesorado of Science Education at the National University of Salta, taking as reference the training device that the subject Didactics, Curriculum 2000, offers to the students entering the university. The intention is to understand the ways in which each student entering the university builds their formation, making visible and approaching the uniqueness of the students in the form-content / content-form relation, offering ways to distance themselves from usual ways of conceiving the college teacher training, which we believe they often consider strictly academic aspects. Trying to undertake a re-vision of the training of future professionals involves a differnt view, since relations with knowledge up to the ethical commitment with unique "forms" of training, does not mean “tame” the other, but to make it ceases to be mere transmission of knowledge and information that trainers and society itself consider that a student should know. Not seduced by the idea that it is possible to "shape" the student entering the university, we consider ourselves as mediators of the formation process, in which only the student himself/herself may decide about.
