Abstract

This study explores the state of the question on the relevance of initial and continuous teacher training for educational practices in secondary schools of Bilingual Intercultural Education (EIB) in the province of Misiones. A first analysis of the development of the teaching staff and study plans of the National University of Misiones (UNaM) and Instituto Superior Antonio Ruiz de Montoya (ISARM), reference institutions in teacher training in the province of Misiones, is carried out, also reviewing the recent process of foundation of secondary schools of the EIB modality, context of the educational practices of the qualified teachers of these institutions and object of our study.
